DLB Cranes started out with Mission Beach Developments on this project with the intention of making the hoists as simple as possible. The new crew of installers was making it particularly difficult for both DLB and Mission Beach – after a little training and encouragement from the DLB Operators, the installers managed to increase their productivity from one module per day to a peak installation of 6 modules per day.
Conclusion: It is without doubt that this project was started promptly and finished ahead of schedule thanks to DLB Cranes involvement furthermore, we intend to complete the next one even faster!
